We believe motivated adults can ship real products.
Today. Not someday.
Our Thesis
AI has fundamentally changed what one person can build. Not five years from now. Right now. Today, a single non-technical person can direct AI agents to write production-grade software, deploy it, and sell it — if they know the process.
Most people don’t know the process. That’s what Rychee teaches.
We believe the answer to “should I learn to code?” is no — for most people. The better answer is: learn to manage AI that codes for you. Learn to specify what to build, verify what AI produces, and ship something real.
Entrepreneurship doesn’t have to mean venture capital and pitch decks. It can mean a scheduling tool for salons in your city. A feedback collector for dog walkers in your neighborhood. The high-tech equivalent of a barbershop — small, profitable, yours.
It can also mean the next great startup. The process is the same either way.
Why Not Just “Learn to Code”?
Because coding is a syntax skill. AI is commoditizing it.
What ISN’T being commoditized:
- •Deciding what to build and for whom
- •Evaluating whether AI output is correct and safe
- •Shipping iteratively based on real feedback
- •Selling to real customers
These are product management and entrepreneurship skills. They sit above coding. They’re the foundation of working with AI. Rychee teaches these. Not syntax.
Our Values
Outcomes Over Theory
You ship weekly deliverables. Not quizzes. Not essays. Working products.
Verification Is the Moat
Anyone can ask AI to write code. Knowing whether it's correct and safe is the skill that separates builders from dreamers.
Distribution Is Non-Negotiable
Shipping without selling is a hobby. Distribution starts in Module 3.
You Manage, AI Codes
Your job is product decisions, specifications, verification, and operations. Not writing code. Not debugging syntax. Not reading Stack Overflow.
Real Infrastructure, Real Ownership
Your code runs on AWS. Not someone else's proprietary platform. You own it. You control it. You can take it with you.
Working Prototypes, Not Exercises
Every module produces a deployable artifact. Not a discarded homework assignment.
